Instant support allows one of our engineers to connect to your PC over the internet to fix problems. A secure, encrypted connection is made to our helpdesk. It is only initiated after you run the Remote Support application & enter a password. Nothing is installed on your computer & once the session is finished no further connections can be made to your computer.

It's simple:

1. Contact our support desk on 01603 340095 to report the problem. You will be provided with a password
2. Click the Instant Support GO button. The support desk operator will tell you which engineer is assigned to you.
3. Click the name of the engineer assigned to you. Choose 'run' or 'open' when prompted & 'unblock' if prompted again
4. You will be presented with a box. Type the password provided into it & click CONNECT
5. The engineer assigned to you will connect to your PC remotely to investigate & fix the problem
